Welcome to the order tracking page of tktx.ph! Here, you can check the status of your package quickly and easily. To do this, you will need the tracking number provided to you at the time of your purchase.

Where to find your tracking number?

The tracking number can be found in one of the emails we sent you after your order. We recommend checking your inbox and, if you cannot find it, please don't forget to check your spam or junk folder.

Once you have your tracking number, simply enter it into the corresponding link for the shipping service used for your order.

OUR SHIPPING METHODS

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped out on the same day.

1. Standard Shipping (J&T Express / LBC / Flash Express)

This is our standard option for nationwide delivery in the Philippines. It includes a tracking number.
• Rate: ₱150.
• Delivery Time: Usually between 3 to 5 business days.
• PROMO: FREE shipping on orders over ₱1500.

2. Same-Day / Next-Day Express Delivery (Grab / Lalamove)

For those who need their products urgently (Available for Metro Manila and select areas).
• Rate: ₱300.
• PROMO: FREE Shipping + 2 FREE CREAMS on orders over ₱2,300.

3. International Shipping

For standard shipments heading to international destinations outside the Philippines.
