How long does shipping take? And what are the shipping costs?

Standard Shipping (J&T Express / LBC / Flash Express): ₱150. Tracking code is provided. Nationwide delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days depending on your region.

Same-Day / Next-Day Express Delivery: ₱300 (Available for Metro Manila and select areas).

FREE Standard Shipping: Door-to-door delivery with tracking number included for all orders over ₱1,500.

Express Delivery + 2 FREE CREAMS: With tracking number included for all orders over ₱2,300.

What payment methods are accepted in the online store?

We accept GCash, Maya, Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with consumer regulations, the User may exercise their right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the purchase date, without any justification or penalty, provided that the product has not been used and its packaging remains in the exact same condition as received—unopened, unsealed, and undamaged.

Your refund will be processed within two days after verifying that the product complies with our return policy. Return shipping fees are to be covered by the buyer.
